My name is Dwight Davis, and as exciting as remodeling your home can be, it can also be nerve-racking.  You've probably heard your share of horror stories (or have some of your own) about delays, cost overruns and disappearing contractors.  It doesn't have to be that way. 

I put my 22-year reputation on the line with every project we undertake.  We're going to remodel your home like it was my own.  All work will be done by licensed, bonded and insured workers.  You'll have cell numbers for me and your superintendent.  You'll have a guaranteed completion date.  We'll stand behind our work.  And I'll be fair.
 

What We Do
We specialize in remodeling homes.  We design it, handle permitting, build it and stand behind our work.  We do room additions and specialize in adding a second floor, something many contractors don't normally offer, and something that can give you a mountain view.

We specialize in home remodeling.  It's not filler work for our commercial projects or new home construction.

Our superintendents are bi-lingual.

You'll get to know your superintendent.  You'll be seeing a lot of him because the nature of remodeling is that things change.  You'll change your mind.  We'll get surprised by something inside a wall.  When those things happen, your superintendent will be there.

Our sub-contractors are licensed, bonded and insured.

We know project management.  That may surprise you coming from a contractor and not a VP of something or other.  But think about it.  Construction is a complex project involving multiple teams of people and suppliers that need to be coordinated to meet the stated completion date and budget. 

We offer a completion guarantee.  Before you open your wallet you'll know when the project will be completed.  If we miss the date, then I'll open mine.

In 22 years I've never had a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.  Understand, a perfect ROC record doesn't mean problems don't happen (construction is construction).  It means the contractor took care of the problems to the satisfaction of the customer.



My Background
I started as a laborer building sky scrapers along Central Avenue.  I spent five years as a superintendent before I started my own construction company.   I spent the next decade as a sub contractor and the last six years remodeling homes.

During that time I've seen it all.  I've seen contractors get in trouble with quality, organization, money and with the truth.  I've also seen contractors build quality, deliver value and earn the respect of their customers, subs and suppliers.

I'll be around in another 20 years.  I want to drive by your house and feel pride.  I want to see you in the grocery store and get a pat on the back.
