One of the biggest complaints against contractors is missed deadlines.  With good reason: contractors are notorious for being late.

Here's our simple guarantee:

We will agree to a realistic completion date, one you and I are comfortable with.  If the scope of the project does not change we will meet that completion date or pay you an agreed upon amount for every day the project takes beyond that date.

It's really that simple.  No fine print. 

You should have a reasonable expectation your contractor will do what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it.  This is our guarantee we will.
